A Place in the Sun's Danni Menzies was on the search for the perfect holiday home for best friends Tracey and Fran.
Women become emotional over their 'dream come true' property
A Place in the Sun viewers watched property expert Danni Menzies journey across the East Coast of Fuerteventura to help friends Fran and Tracey.
The two women, who have been friends since school, wanted to find the ideal holiday home that they could enjoy together with their families.
During their search, one search included an apartment in Vista Mar with sea views, a communal pool and a terrace.
Immediately being fans of the landscape outside of the property, expert Danni allowed them both to have a look inside without her first.
It wasn’t long before the two friends were blown away by what they saw as they explored their potential new holiday home.
Upon entering, one of the women commented: “This is amazing, it’s so light and airy isn’t it? This is perfect. This living area is perfect.”
However, she confessed she wasn’t able to concentrate on the inside as the views of the ocean outside were distracting.
Going out onto the terrace she said: “That’s just like a dream come true looking out at that.”
Agreeing, her friend replied: “It’s like looking at something on the telly!”

When they were both outside, it was clear one of the ladies was overwhelmed by property.
She added: “This is just a spectacular space, it’s amazing.”
Putting her arm around her friend who was getting emotional, both ladies laughed as they continued to be in awe of the outside space. She continued: “This was the dream really.”
However, despite both women being blown away by the home, they couldn’t get a previous location out of their minds.
Speaking to Danni, they revealed they wanted to have another look at the home in Corralejo to Facetime their husbands to get their opinions.
However, after having time to think about it, their spouses highlighted the outdoor areas were quite shaded, meaning they wouldn’t get that much sun. The episode ended without either woman putting down an offer.
Taking to Twitter, one viewer fumed: "Who didn’t see that coming? Time-wasting grifters."
Miranda added: "More juice thieves. This season has been a bit dry for buyers #aplaceinthesun."
John quipped: "Nice break for the girls then #aplaceinthesun."
