An angry motorist is at the centre of a bitter feud after a complaint letter was reportedly stuck in their car door.

A motorcyclist posted the letter demanding they move their vehicle despite the car owner being parked in their own space.

The handwritten note was crumpled but the tone of the message was clear to see.

The message read: “FYI. These spots cost you $150/mo (£120) and this is my motorcycle. I hate being a b**** but…”

An image of the letter was posted by Reddit user @picklepowerPB earlier this week. However, the road user defended themselves and revealed they were actually stopped in their own bay.

They even pointed out they had a “giant bright blue parking pass” on their dashboard with the details registered with the apartment leasing office.

They accused the motorcyclist of "assuming the worst” and even got their own back by sticking their parking permit on their car in the form of a reply.

The Reddit user wrote: “Woke up to a lovely note on my car this morning— I’m parked in my assigned (paid for) parking spot.

"‘But….’ BUT WHAT? There was nothing on the back. I taped a copy of my parking permit to her note and taped it to her bike (that she could have easily moved, she wasn’t blocked in).

“I already told leasing. But some people are just angry all the time and assume the worst first.”

Social media users appeared to come to the defence of the motorist as they called out the motorcyclist for their actions.

@MadameMalia added: “The 'but' is her admitting she’s being a b**** on purpose, that’s why the triple dots at the end and nothing on the back."

@No-Profession6086 commented: “Leave a note saying she is parked illegally and management has been notified. I bet she will f*** right off after that.”

Hours later, @picklepowerPB provided a fresh update and told followers the move had completely backfired on the motorcycle owner.

After analysis, it had emerged that her actions had affected other individuals who parked their bikes in the bays.

He claimed: “Leasing had a phone conversation and formal in-office meeting with the motorcycle lady, obviously I’m not privy to those details. One commenter pointed out that since her motorcycle is parked illegally, if it falls over it would damage the parked cars.

“I brought this up, and the fact that I really don’t want to park near her anymore, so they moved my spot. They also disclosed that they told her to park in the designated motorcycle area, but they can’t guarantee that she will.

“The best part? MOTORCYCLES DON’T EVEN PAY TO USE THE PARKING LOT! She wrote that note all high and mighty about the cost of the lot, and she doesn’t even pay it!

“So leasing is now revisiting that topic and will most likely begin charging motorcycles the $150 (£120) like they do for cars.”
