I'm A Celeb's Nella Rose reveals bizarre childhood habit as she gets ready for show trials

She's all set to take on the infamous bushtucker trials on I'm A Celebrity on Sunday, but Nella Rose has revealed a bizarre childhood habit of her own prior to her show debut.

The 26-year-old previously appeared in a video on her Instagram where she told her 951,000 followers what her guilty confession was.

The YouTube star said she used to eat newspaper when she was little, in an odd declaration that nobody was expecting.

She told her pal in the clip: "It made me happy and that's all you should care about.

"I think I did it for over 10 years you know, like, just put it on my tongue and then just letting it go."

Her friend Mimi remarked: "You're disgusting, the trees didn't die for that. Do you know where it travelled?

"In the vans, to the post office, to the corner shop."

The influencer went on to reveal that she also used to lick the plaster walls, so eating critters shouldn't be too difficult for her.

Nella was unveiled as one of the 10 celebrities heading into the Australian jungle on Sunday night's new series.

The YouTube star will be joined by controversial politician Nigel Farage, This Morning's Josie Gibson and JLS singer Marvin Humes.

Also hoping to avoid the dreaded bushtucker trials are First Dates star Fred Sirieix, Made in Chelsea's Sam Thompson and Jamie Lynn-Spears.

Rounding up the line-up is food critic Grace Dent, as well as soap stars Danielle Harold and Nick Pickard.

Jockey Frankie Detorri and boxer Tony Bellow have also been heavily rumoured to appear, but could be late entrants as two stars are usually sent in at a later date.

Just days before flying out to Australia, Nella revealed she's bought her very first house.

She shared two snaps of herself inside her stunning new home, with one of her sitting in the kitchen and holding the keys to her brand-new abode.

She captioned the post: "I did it. I bought a HOUSE."
