I'm A Celebrity bosses fear 'isolated' Jamie Lynn Spears will dramatically quit ITV show

I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here has only just started but the campmates have already undertaken several gruelling trials.

IAC: Josie quizzes Jamie Lynn on her 'musical family'

Jamie Lynn Spears is reportedly on the verge of quitting the I’m A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here camp after less than 48 hours, despite seeming to thoroughly enjoy herself so far.

“Away from the cameras and scenes that aired on TV, it’s her behaviour in camp that has become obvious to crew," a show source said.

“She has kept herself somewhat separate, not really socialising — and stayed in bed.

“It looked like she is really missing her family and, of course, unlike the other celebs, who are all from the UK and mostly know — or know of — each other, Jamie Lynn didn’t have immediate connections like that,” they told The Sun.

Express.co.uk have contacted representatives for Jamie Lynn Spears. ITV declined to comment.

On Sunday night viewers saw the originally trepidatious Zoey 101 star thoroughly enjoy a skydive into camp.

She then undertook a tougher critter-filled affair called the Temple of Doom with former JLS singer Marvin Humes and Hollyoaks legend Nick Pickard.

However, even the creepy crawlies didn’t seem to deter her enjoyment, and she was still extremely positive when discussing her fellow campmates later in the show.

“Everyone so far has made a wonderful impression on me. I’m the only American here. Everyone’s been really kind and really nice. I’m really impressed. Maybe I’m being really naive,” she said.

Despite this, the publication claims that following the trials mum of two Jamie Lynn, 32, has isolated herself in camp on Saturday and even stayed in bed yesterday morning.

The actress and singer has previously quit another challenging reality show early when she left the US version of SAS: Who Dares Wins, called Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, just two days into the programme.

Leaving the show, she confided in former Spice Girl Mel B, who was also taking part in the show.

“Like, I just can’t do it one more night. I can’t do it,” she told her.

“I miss my children when I’m away from them for a couple of hours. So this is a very big leap for me.

“Not only do I love them and want to be with them, but being away from them like this, even if it’s something for myself, makes me feel like a crap mum.”

I'm A Celebrity is on ITV and ITVX nightly at 9pm
