Prince Edward is the youngest of four children and the third son of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. He took the Duke of Edinburgh title in 2023, having previously been known as the Earl of Wessex. He is married to Sophie, The Duchess of Edinburgh and they have two children.
