Man City star downplays exit

Manchester City youngster Oscar Bobb has insisted that he would rather remain at the Etihad Stadium than leave on loan.

The Norwegian, 20, has made seven first-team appearances this season.

"It’s nice," he told Dagbladet. "It’s a place you want to be. It’s the best place you can be to develop and improve as a footballer. There is not one person [inside the dressing room] who stands out.

"[On loan] is not the way I want to go. You never know, but I'd rather be at City."

Varane discussed at Stamford Bridge

Chelsea have internally discussed the possibility of signing Raphael Varane from Manchester United next summer, according to journalist Simon Phillips.

The former Real Madrid centre-back has found his game time limited by Erik ten Hag this season, and there have been murmurs that he will look to move on at the next plausible opportunity.

Bayern Munich are also rumoured to be interested in Varane, who would surely command a long list of suitors if his availability becomes an open secret.

Chelsea's next move

Chelsea have been handed a boost in their pursuit of Corinthians wonderkid Gabriel Moscardo, with Liverpool reported to be pulling back from the transfer race.

The 18-year-old is admired by various top Premier League clubs, but the Reds' preference to allow youngsters from South America to gain experience in Europe before bringing them to Anfield is likely to see them leave the battle to Chelsea and Arsenal, according to journalist Dean Jones.

Barcelona are also in the mix, but their financial issues, mixed with the Gunners' Financial Fair Play restrictions, could give Chelsea the upper hand to make Moscardo their next signing.

Arsenal rival Tottenham

Arsenal and Tottenham have been teased by the agent of Genoa centre-back Radu Dragusin.

Florin Manea, the agent in question, has openly admitted to holding regular meetings with top European clubs regarding the 21-year-old.

And the north London duo will be licking their lips at the prospect of Dragusin '100 per cent' leaving Genoa by next summer.

"The people from Genoa know," Manea told Fanatik. "I have been in London for some time and have almost weekly meetings with important teams. We are getting closer. I spoke with Newcastle, with Arsenal, with Tottenham.

"I also have the messages with them, conversations. There are teams that ask. I want to say that, 100 per cent by next summer, Radu will play for a very strong club.

"One in the top 10 in the world. He wants to be in the Premier League, but I know that Milan like him a lot. I talked to the people there."

Man Utd receive Jadon Sancho offer

Juventus have offered to pay part of Jadon Sancho's salary if they take him on loan from Manchester United in January, according to journalist Rudy Galetti.

The winger has been frozen out by Erik ten Hag, and with no apology forthcoming for their public spat, a winter exit seems inevitable.

United reportedly want to negotiate a permanent deal, but Juve are focused on a loan, which would land the Red Devils with a hefty bill to cover a large portion of Sancho's wages.
